The apartment is located on the first floor of a little villa and is composed by a large living room with kitchen corner and TV, one double bedroom (it can be twin on request), a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, and a bathroom with shower. From the living room you can reach a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs.

In the town of Follonica there are all kind of shops and services. The beach is only 200 metres away and there are several water sports schools (surf, diving, sailing, kitesurf ect.). Beautiful inlets like Cala Violina and Cala Martina are only few kilometres away and from Follonica you can easly reach many characteristic places such as Scarlino, Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia, Massa Marittina, Monte Argentario, Populonia and its Etruscan Tombs, and Piombino, from where you can reach the Elba Island.
