Residence Il Casale is a typical tuscan farmhouse dating back to the 16th century located only 3 kms away from the medieval village of Cortona. The complex is very welcoming and comfortable, immersed in the silence of the countryside, and organized around a big barnyard.

Residence Il Casale offers 10 apartments, all of them situated on the ground floor and the first floor. There are 8 three-rooms apartments for 4 people, 1 three-rooms apartment for 3 people and 1 two-rooms apartment for 2 people. All the apartments are furnished with antique carpets, beds and decorations and are equipped with Tv sat, air conditioning/heating, telephone and wi-fi access and it's possible to add one or more extra beds on request.
Each apartment also has a private space in the garden equipped with table and chairs.
Each apartment has an equipped kitchenette.
All linens are included in price and are changed once a week.

Residence Il Casale is located among the tuscan countryside, only 3 kms away from the medieval village of Cortona. The main tuscan cities such as Arezzo, Florence and Siena can be easily reached, as well as Assisi and Perugia.
How to reach us by car
Highway A1, exit Valdichiana. Take the Superstrada towards Perugia and exit in Cortona. Once in the village of Camucia, go ahaed on the main road N.71 towards Arezzo (don't go up to Cortona). 3 kms after Camucia, in Tavarnelle, turn right at the traffic light. A few metres away from the main road you will find a sign to Residence Il Casale.
How to reach us by train
The nearest train station is in Camucia. Express and intercity trains usually stop oin Terontola, about 10 kms away from the Residence. The Eurostar and high speeds trains only stop n Arezzo, about 25 km from the Residence.
